The Exford Flower Show depends on local exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors and supporters. Following the 2026 show, we will be looking for people who would like to take part, help behind the scenes or support the 2027 event.

Be Part of the 2027 Show

Whether you have exhibited before or are thinking about joining the show for the first time, there are plenty of ways to get involved. We would particularly like to hear from people interested in exhibiting, volunteering or supporting the event.

Grow, bake, make, arrange, photograph or create something for next year's show. The 2027 class schedule will be published once it has been agreed by the committee.

Help with planning, setup, stewarding, stalls, refreshments, children's activities, administration or clearing away after the show.

How to Get Involved for 2027

Let the committee know whether you are interested in exhibiting, volunteering, sponsoring or helping with the organisation of next year's show.

Volunteer With Us

The Flower Show is a community event and relies on people giving their time in different ways. You do not need to commit to the whole event to help.

Possible roles include planning, setup, stewarding, stalls, refreshments, children's sports, administration, auction support and clearing up.

Interested in Exhibiting in 2027?

If you are unsure what the Flower Show involves, take a look at the 2026 Schedule. It gives a good indication of the types of classes traditionally included in the show, from vegetables and flowers to crafts, home produce, photography and children's entries.

The 2027 classes may change, so please wait for the new schedule before preparing an entry specifically for a particular class.
